Hi lovely, I’m Nicole Hagemeyer

Hey, I’m Nicole, a 500+ hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping moms reconnect with themselves, regulate their emotions, and prepare for the demands of motherhood—all through yoga at home. 🧘‍♀️💫

But let me take you back to where it all started…

I didn’t always love yoga (shocking, right?!). Growing up, I was actually a dancer. I LOVED how dance made me feel—moving my body and getting lost in the flow without it feeling like a workout. But as I danced through college, I realized I couldn’t sustain it forever. My body needed something different, and dance wasn’t it.

You’d think this is when I discovered yoga, right? Nope! 😅 I tried yoga before and it just didn’t click. I liked movement more than stillness, and being naturally more flexible than strong made a lot of poses feel frustrating.

So, what changed? It wasn’t the physical practice that drew me in—it was the mental and emotional benefits that hooked me!

During my junior year of college, I was struggling (as we do!). I’d just switched majors, had no clue what my future held, and felt overwhelmed by life. My roommate invited me to a yoga class, and I went—probably more for her than me. But something SHIFTED in that class. For the first time, I felt like my body was telling my mind, “It’s going to be okay.” And for once, I believed it.

That’s when I knew yoga was something special. 💫

Before I even had my own solid practice, I dove straight into a yoga teacher training (I know, probably not the most conventional path!). I LOVED learning everything about yoga, even though teaching wasn’t easy for me in the beginning, and often still isn’t.

Fast forward through a corporate job, several moves, and welcoming a baby. Keeping up with my practice was hard.

I realized I’m not alone in this. There are so many moms out there who want to practice yoga but feel like they just don’t have the time or space—and I wanted to change that. So, here I am, on a mission to create a space where busy moms can find a consistent yoga practice that fits into their lives, whether they have 5 minutes or 45. 🙌
